Suspended Worlds is an attempt to penetrate the world of webs where both time and action are frozen. I was fascinated by the artful creations I discovered in these literally suspended impermanent worlds, that exist next to us.
This project that began as a closer look into the world of spider webs led to a personal discovery journey into my deepest fears and aspirations. These worlds resonate with me on a deeper level. They work as metaphors for the hidden lives of the people next to us, who we pass by every day and don’t really know anything about... This project is a reminder that moving closer to nature, to others, and to ourselves, requires intent, courage, and wholeheartedness.
